  Hopeless. Neda installed my pool under their previous incarnation - although most of the staff remain the same, as does the location. Installation: some of my pool tiles were clearly from a different batch - make sure you don't allow your pool to be filled with water before you sign it off and be prepared to tell them to start again. Also make sure you confirm that that THEY pay for the water if they fill the pool without you signing off the contract as replacing the water will cost you €500 even for a modest pool. I am still unable to secure any maintenance contracts (have been trying for 7 years+) so make sure you get that negotiated BEFORE you sign for them to build the pool. A pool which takes all your time to look after will make you wish you didn't have one at all. Neda appear to deliberately mislay or misunderstand emails, even very simple ones so getting anything done is frankly, unnecessarily stressful as you'll most likely be doing it remotely.

  La verdad que dejan mucho que desear...son unos careros y van solo a lucrarse y cuanto mas mejor,esta es la política de NEDA ,ya,se los conoce,para no volver la verdad ,de lo peor!!!PIRATAS NEDA POOL se tendría que llamar!!
